Anti spam policy
ListingRadius sends commercial email to licensed real estate agents. These are the commitments every message keeps, and they are enforced in code before a message can be queued, not promised in a footer afterwards.
One click unsubscribe, honored immediately
Every message carries a visible unsubscribe link and the List-Unsubscribe and List-Unsubscribe-Post headers, so a mail client can offer its own unsubscribe button. A single click is enough. There is no confirmation step, no sign in, and no form to fill out. The address is suppressed the moment the request lands, for every sender on the platform, and no administrator can reverse an unsubscribe or a spam complaint.
Accurate headers and subject lines
The From name, the From address, and the Reply-To all identify the real sending agent and reach a real mailbox. Subject lines describe the message honestly and do not mislead about what is inside. Nothing is disguised as a reply, a forward, a receipt, or a system notice.
A physical postal address in every message
Every message includes a valid physical postal address for the sender of the mail, in both the HTML and the plain text part.
Clearly identified as an advertisement
Every message states that it is an advertisement for a real estate listing and names the licensed agent and the registered firm behind it, with the license number, as Georgia advertising rules require.
No harvested, brokered, or rented addresses
Recipient addresses come only from the public licensee file of the Georgia Real Estate Commission, obtained under Georgia's open records law for the Commission's standard file fee. No address comes from a data broker or a rented marketing list, none is scraped from an MLS roster, appended from a third party, or guessed. Consumer addresses are not collected at all.
Frequency limits and suppression
No recipient receives more than three ListingRadius messages in any seven day window, across every sender. Bounced addresses are suppressed automatically. Addresses that have received many messages without ever engaging go dormant and stop being mailed. Complaint and bounce rates are watched continuously, and sending stops on its own when either crosses its threshold.
Reporting a problem
If a ListingRadius message reached you and should not have, unsubscribe with the link in the footer and it stops permanently. If something looks wrong beyond that, reply to the message: the Reply-To address on every send reaches a real person.
